\nJean and Otto, a French journalist and a young German Francophile, are fighting for peace in Europe. Jean’s daughter Corinne is embarking on a brilliant career as a film actress. Unfortunately, war broke out and France was occupied. The two friends played a major role in the new France. Jean became a major media executive and an ardent promoter of collaboration with the occupying forces, while Otto became the Reich ambassador in Paris.<\/p>\n
