{"id":82574,"date":"2026-04-10T09:47:57","date_gmt":"2026-04-10T08:47:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aspres-thuir.com\/service\/domaine-des-demoiselles\/"},"modified":"2026-04-10T11:11:45","modified_gmt":"2026-04-10T09:11:45","slug":"domaine-des-demoiselles","status":"publish","type":"tsc_service","link":"https:\/\/aspres-thuir.com\/en\/service\/domaine-des-demoiselles\/","title":{"rendered":"DOMAINE DES DEMOISELLES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Through the secrets and hills of the Aspres (the heart of the Catalan countryside), a narrow road winds through vineyards where the soil is clay, silica and rolled pebbles&#8230; It leads to the Mas Mul\u00e9s, which has been in our family for seven generations. <br \/>\nIt was the magic of the place and its exceptional location that led us to embark on this adventure: to seek out the treasures of the vine, to preserve the natural heritage, to perpetuate a history. <br \/>\nAs part of our deep respect for nature, the 28 hectares of enclosed vineyards around the farmhouse have been farmed organically since 2000.<br \/>\n This respect for the terroir and the vines allows the wines to express their original character, revealing freshness and minerality, wines that are inseparable from our personality and our roots.
