Domaine Sanac, perpetuating know-how and authenticity
\nPierre Sanac, 35, took over the management of the estate, whose first known origin dates back to 1793, more than ten years ago, with a view to perpetuating the family tradition. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather Andr\u00e9 and his father Michel, he now offers 8 cuv\u00e9es, each with its own history. To produce simple, tasty wines, Pierre relies on the two historic terroirs of Aspres and Alb\u00e8res, with traditional Roussillon grape varieties (Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Mourv\u00e8dre, etc.).
\nEach cuv\u00e9e has its own story, a tribute to the men and women of the family and a way of showcasing each vineyard and each terroir.
