Welcome to our self-catering gîte set in a peaceful vineyard in an exceptional setting, with no neighbours or neighbours opposite, facing the Albères and Canigou mountains. The gîte adjoins the farmhouse where the owners live, and they are always on hand to help make your stay as pleasant as possible. Just a few kilometres from the coast and seaside resorts. Also nearby is the spa town of Le Boulou, which offers spa and wellness breaks. On site, you'll enjoy the swimming pool and relaxing surroundings, as well as the petanque pitch and table tennis table in a wooded park. Ground floor with separate entrance: Large living room opening onto a shaded terrace (summer kitchen, garden furniture and gas barbecue). 1st floor: kitchen, 1 attic bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), shower room (WC). Parking on the property.
