The general mobilisation is underway for the second edition of the European festival of young mixed voices, which will take place from 13 to 17 May 2026 in Thuir, France.
It will bring together 9 choirs, representing a total of 300 children and teenagers from France and Europe. These choirs are used to performing on European stages.
The highlight of the festival will be the Coeur de ville en choeur event on Thursday 9 May afternoon, with 25 choirs from all over the department taking part, along with some 500 choristers.
Internationally renowned choral conductors will be on hand to offer workshops for the choir members and to ensure the smooth running of the event.
The concert programme will be announced soon!
The young choristers will be busy throughout the day, between rehearsals and the afternoon and evening concerts.
Volunteers will be essential to supervise, cater for the youngsters, welcome and guide the audience...
