We're off! The programme for the "ressourcerie bien-être et spirituelle" is slowly but surely taking shape.
The idea is also to bring you 2 days of conferences on nature, ecology, recycling and environmental education - a subject that concerns us all!
There are many beautiful souls working in silence with absolute faith! People's health depends on their environment! On 4 and 5 April, we'll be delighted to hear from a number of associations and individuals who will be coming along to show us and explain in detail what they've done to do their bit as a hummingbird.
These exchanges are invaluable in terms of information and inspiration!
The first to open the ball is :
ROMAIN CONSTANT
My name is Romain Constant, a 43-year-old father of 3. I've been back in the Catalan region since 2012, the land of my origins to which I'm very attached.
We created a family project in the commune of Argelès-sur-Mer: a place of hospitality at Mas Picton where we welcome visitors in a friendly atmosphere and a commitment to sustainable tourism that respects the environment.
With an agricultural background, I went on to train as a landscape engineer. Various professional experiences have enabled me to develop skills in agro-ecology, ecological management of spaces, and more broadly in the field of ecological transition. My 3-year stint in the Trees and Landscaping department of the Greater Lyon urban community was a very enriching experience of the workings of a local authority that is a benchmark for nature in the city.
As the founder of the Evolu'vert consultancy, I now work with local authorities on renaturation projects to beautify public spaces and improve the quality of life, using nature-based solutions.
CONFERENCE:
A time for discussion on the theme: Renaturation of everyday spaces, health and well-being.
As founder of the Evolu'vert consultancy firm, I work with local authorities and land managers to carry out efficient renaturation projects that greatly improve the quality of the living environment.
The renaturation of spaces consists of developing spaces using solutions based on nature, with 3 main challenges:
- high-quality vegetation
- welcoming biodiversity
- restoring the natural water cycle
It is now recognised that a natural environment has a fundamental role to play in our health and in our ability to live well together.
An overview of current practices and the latest scientific references on the subject.
What tools and references are available to help managers make the transition?
Contexts in the Pyrénées-Orientales department: findings and solutions.
Topics to be covered: nutritious planting, citizen participation, living soil, agroecology, permaculture, renaturation of school grounds, greening permits, growing rain, spontaneous vegetation, assisted natural regeneration.

A "wellbeing" garage sale

Sunday 5 April 10 a.m./6 p.m.
There will be a catering service on site, and on Saturday there will be a "conference" area for upcoming projects on ecology, environmental education, discoveries... In short, projects that make sense and are responsible and even eco-responsible.
What you'll find at the event
Sports equipment, yoga, meditation, etc.
Books: spirituality, cooking, religion, permaculture, alternative medicine, etc.
Gardening: potted plants, cuttings, seeds, garden tools and other equipment...
Cooking: small electrical appliances, crockery, utensils, etc.
Clothing: shoes, accessories, etc.
Miscellaneous: jewellery, oracles, semi-precious stones, statues, paintings, symbolic objects, etc.
Sorting outside helps you sort inside!
Your precious objects won't end up in the bin!
