The Trail du Mont Hélène is a demanding nature race, run over natural and technical terrain, where each participant undertakes to respect the rules to preserve the authentic spirit of the trail.
On the programme: - A unique 14 km course with 800 m of positive ascent, almost entirely on paths and tracks. - A 10km hike with 550m of ascent, also on paths and tracks. On Saturday, a children's race will be organised, with 4 routes adapted to different age categories.
