The family architect prioritized light and large volumes: the living rooms occupy 80m² on one level and the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, form the 40m² of the floor. A huge bay window opens into the citrus garden, protected on all 3 sides by the stones of the old walls and enjoying a clear view of the Albères, without opposite. The well, the summer kitchen (usable year-round) and its terrace make this space a little paradise of pleasure and serenity. The layout of the Paraguère has been designed to offer maximum comfort and makes it a perfect place for long stays with family or friends (4 people maximum). The surrounding countryside, known as Catalan Tuscany, is conducive to walks and swimming. All amenities (shops and supermarkets) are located within a radius of 10 kms around Passa.
