Maxime's gîte is on the ground floor (direct access or ten steps up) of a completely renovated manor house with views over the vineyards and the Albères.
This single-storey gîte is arranged around a cosy living room and dining room. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Senseo, making it easy to prepare your meals. The bathroom includes a bath and WC.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 standard bed 140x190
- Bedroom 2: 2 standard beds 90x190
Access to the outside is via a ten-step staircase leading to the enclosed garden with trees. The 8x4 swimming pool, depth 1m20 to 1m80, open from May to mid-October, and summer kitchen are shared with a second gîte on the first floor. Private parking.
