The Théâtre du Gecko company was founded in October 2001 under the impetus of its artistic director, Christian Hernandez. Its aim is to serve a humanist vision of contemporary theatre that is popular, accessible to all and that asks the questions of its time. Its work focuses on contemporary texts, helping to promote young talent (writers, directors, actors, artists) and other artistic forms in order to develop its art through multiple contacts, experimentation and assimilation.
