Unlike the workshops, in a shorter format, the Master-Classes are slightly longer sessions, but still very fun and led, here too, by real professionals. For nearly 2 hours, these great enthusiasts for their professions will explain all their techniques to you. Observation, listening… but also tasting and creation await you!
