Stéphane Galangau has just opened an organic produce outlet in partnership with local producers (Ponteilla, Canohès, Thuir...). In addition to the estate's own products, you'll find wines, grape juices, vinegars, fruit, vegetables, olive oil, jams, honey and more.
The shop is open Monday to Friday from 5pm to 7pm, and on Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm.
Every Friday, the "Al Perol" butcher and delicatessen comes to the shop to show you its products. Stéphane also invites you to discover the Catalan specialists during a home-cooked meal: starter, main course, dessert and tasting of the estate's wines.
