Agriculture raisonnée
The Domain is at the entrance from Thuir. There, you will be welcome in a beautiful and warm place of tasting et selling where Séverine and Oliver will explain you their job. First of all they are wine-growers, they exploit 16ha of winyards and they have their own cellar for the wine-making. They have olive trees and they produce their own fruits and vegetables which Severine will transform in delicious jam or "olivades".
