Les Aspres "A secret land
Situated in the foothills of the Canigou mountain range, the Aspres are made up of valleys covered in thick forests at higher altitudes and sparser vegetation on the plains.
For a long time, these paths were used by merchants and miners, not to mention the pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela, who made their way to the Tech valley.
Each of the villages in this area is linked by the presence of a chapel or church steeped in history.
Today, the Aspres is turning its attention to "green tourism", with its authentic cultural and gastronomic heritage ready to reveal all the riches of the Catalan region.
