25.4 m² double bedroom in a quiet house in Passa, set in 3000 m² of wooded grounds with pétanque area and shared salt-treated swimming pool. A welcoming, family-friendly location, ideally situated between the beaches (20 minutes), Perpignan (10 minutes), Spain (20 minutes) and close to the motorway entrance to Le Boulou (10 minutes), among other things. Air-conditioned room for 1 to 4 people, with individual entrance, private shower room (shower, washbasin and WC). It comprises 2 ground-floor bedrooms with 2 single beds in one and a double bed in the other. A "courtesy" tray is available (tea, coffee, etc.) as well as a small fridge. Travellers have access to their accommodation and also to the swimming pool, terrace, petanque area, table tennis and wifi at their convenience. House rules: No noise between 11pm and 8am. Swimming pool open from May to the end of October from 10am to 8pm. Unaccompanied children are not permitted.Close to the Monastir Del Camp Priory.
