A family business founded in the 1820s, Domaine de la Perdrix is now run by André and Virginie GIL. The 35-hectare vineyard on the slopes around the village of Trouillas produces a wide range of wines. The new winery, built in 2009 and located at the entrance to the village, offers wine-lovers the chance to taste the wines in the best possible conditions, thanks to the magnificent air-conditioned cellar and the opportunity to discover the different winemaking and ageing techniques.
