Growing and vinifying wines that are naturally full of emotion using organic and biodynamic methods is one of the secrets of the intergenerational know-how that we pass on to each other. At Domaine du Lendemain, you'll discover our exceptional wines made from pure traditional North Catalan grape varieties, which are sometimes forgotten." Mireille makes her preparations to promote the well-being of her vines. Gentle, natural vinification allows her wines to reveal the rich flora of this clay-limestone terroir.
