Slow Food® Roussillon
A farm in Aspres run by two women. They rear fattened ducks and festive poultry and produce a whole range of preserves. Come and share a convivial meal during the summer! By appointment only, at 11.30am all summer from 18 June. Present at the Thuir and Céret markets on Saturday mornings and at Castelnou every Tuesday from mid-June to mid-September. Visit the farm and the canning factory with the producer: history of foie gras, rearing and force-feeding techniques, certification: advantages and constraints, recipes, origins of complementary products, collective initiatives, places to visit in the area, product shop.
